What smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm regulations apply to the PRS?

Landlords must:-

Install at least one smoke alarm on each storey used as living accommodation

Install a carbon monoxide alarm in any room with a solid fuel appliance and within the vicinity of a boiler

Ensure all alarms are tested and working on the first day of the tenancy
